Wild Australian lemon myrtle liqueur
The Myrlèmon Spritz - wild lemon myrtle over ice, soda, and a twist of orange. More lemon than lemon, without a single lemon.
The signature serve
Myrlèmon over ice, topped with soda, finished with a wide orange peel twisted over the top - the Golden Twist. Simple, golden, wild.
Build the serve
45ml Myrlèmon · plenty of ice · top with soda · one wide orange peel, twisted. Build in a wine glass.
The proof
Lemon myrtle carries up to 98% citral where a lemon manages around 5%. More lemon than lemon, without a single lemon.
The maker
Myrlèmon is made by master distiller Steve Grace - who built his first still in his late teens. His exact hand turns a wild botanical into a liquid worth gold.
We didn't tame the botanical. We bottled it properly.
What's in the bottle
A wild Australian lemon myrtle liqueur, built on a single botanical and an organic sugarcane base. Here's what is - and isn't - in the bottle.
The Queen of the Herbs, grown along the Australian coastline, between the oceans & the rainforests.
Up to 98% citral, against roughly 5% in a lemon. The difference in your glass.
Single-origin Queensland sugarcane from Bundaberg, never grain.
Nothing artificial, no sour sting, less sugar than traditional liqueurs.
Built on sugarcane, not grain - no wheat, no barley.
Bottle and crown both recycled - designed after the 'Queen of the herbs' the Lemon Myrtle.
The world's best judges got there first
Entered before it had a name, a bottle or a brand - because it mattered - was the liquid good. The answer came back gold. Then gold and gold again. 3 years to become Australia's best! Now ready for release.
