Experience a modern botanical spirit that reimagines the classic liqueur. Myrlèmon is built for the discerning palate, where the nostalgic, bright zing of a summer citrus meets the sophisticated, aromatic depth of Wild Australian Lemon Myrtle.

This is a spirit of Luminous Balance. At 26% ABV, it possesses the structural integrity to hold its own in a complex cocktail, yet remains soft and refined enough to be enjoyed neat over ice. By infusing our pure, organic sugarcane spirit with native botanicals, we’ve captured a vibration of flavour that is deeper and more vibrant than fruit alone.

 The Tasting Experience

The Nose

The experience begins with a sharp, clean clarity. Freshly crushed Lemon Myrtle leaves and Verbena rise from the glass, layered with the crispness of green apple and a hint of sun-ripened peach. It is an aroma that captures the raw, aromatic energy of the Australian coastline.

The Sip

On the palate, Myrlèmon reveals its dual nature. You are met with a vibrant, nostalgic burst of lemon sherbet and honeyed lime, balanced by a silky, medium-bodied texture. Unlike traditional syrupy liqueurs, the sweetness is deliberately restrained, allowing the crystalline purity of the organic sugarcane to carry the botanicals without drowning them.

The Finish

The finish is luxuriously smooth and soft, carrying a mellow, honeyed sweetness that lingers on the palate. It leaves a refreshing echo of lemon balm and a faint coastal salinity, a final, graceful reflection of the wild Australian landscapes where our story begins.

    We begin with organic Queensland sugarcane spirit, a byproduct of the sun-drenched sugar industry. Redistilled for crystalline purity, it provides a silky, rounded texture that grain-based spirits cannot match.
