This isn't your standard, sharp Daiquiri. It’s a bit more thoughtful. Because Myrlèmon is built on an organic sugarcane base, it fits perfectly with white rum—they share the same DNA. The result is a drink that’s still bright and tropical but has a much smoother, deeper finish than the original.
Ingredients
| 30ml | Myrlèmon |
| 30ml | White Rum |
| 20ml. | Fresh Lime Juice |
| 15ml | Simple Syrup |
Garnish
-
Sea salt rim and a fresh lime wheel.
The Serve
-
The Glass: Chill a coupe glass in the freezer. Run a lime wedge around half the rim and dip it into some sea salt.
-
The Build: Add the rum, Myrlèmon, lime, and syrup into a shaker.
-
The Shake: Fill it with plenty of ice and shake hard for about 15 seconds. You want it dangerously cold.
-
The Pour: Strain it into your chilled coupe. If you’re in the mood for something more casual, you can just as easily pour it over a glass full of crushed ice.
The Experience
-
The Texture: It’s surprisingly rich. The usual "zip" of a Daiquiri is there, but the myrtle oils give it a weight and silkiness that lingers.
-
The Balance: That hit of salt on the rim isn’t just for show—it cuts the sweetness and makes the lemon myrtle aromatics really sing.
-
The Vibe: It feels sophisticated but not stiff. It’s a classic, just with a bit more soul.
Balanced, botanical, and dangerously smooth.
