Wild Myrlèmon Spritz
This is the spritz stripped back to what matters: Myrlèmon, chilled soda and a wide twist of orange peel. The bubbles open up the wild lemon myrtle, while the orange oils soften its botanical edge and bring out its golden, sherbet-like character.
Light, aromatic and effortless, it is made for long lunches, warm afternoons and that first drink as the sun begins to drop.
Ingredients
| 45ml | Myrlèmon |
| To Top | Chilled Soda Water |
Garnish
- A wide piece of fresh orange peel — the Golden Twist.
The Serve
- The Glass: Fill a large wine glass with plenty of fresh, solid ice.
- The Build: Pour 45ml of Myrlèmon directly over the ice.
- The Lift: Add chilled soda water, pouring gently to preserve the bubbles.
- The Twist: Cut a wide piece of orange peel. Hold it over the glass and twist firmly to release the fragrant oils across the surface, then drop it into the drink.
- The Finish: Give it one gentle stir to bring everything together without losing the fizz.
The Experience
- The Visual: A warm golden pour, with the orange peel curling through the ice and adding a vibrant splash of colour.
- The Scent: The Golden Twist releases a burst of fresh orange oil before the unmistakable aroma of wild lemon myrtle rises through the bubbles.
